Listening Is a Leadership Skill

Some of the best decisions I’ve been part of started with listening, not talking.

When leaders slow down and truly listen, teams surface better ideas, risks get clearer, and alignment happens faster. It creates space for people to contribute without fear.

I’ve learned that listening isn’t passive. It’s active work.
