The Weight of Invisible Decisions One reality of leadership that is rarely discussed is how many decisions happen out of view. They are made early, often with incomplete information and real consequence. By the time teams feel the impact, the hardest part is already done. Sometimes it is choosing where to invest resources. Other times it is deciding what risks are acceptable and which are not. Not every call is visible, but every one carries accountability.
