The more you do this the more you attract support and resources to better mitigate risk which is, of course, central to your role.”

When you’re starting out with your program, start small and focus on a few key metrics that tell a story, and educates. Build upon it over time and seek feedback along the way. Also remember, not every metric will resonate with every leader, so remember your audience.
