Five Foundations of AI Adoption

AI adoption is not about technology alone, it’s about governance and leadership.

• Prioritize change management and workforce readiness, because adoption fails without trust and training.
• Commit to continuous oversight and refinement so AI evolves responsibly as the business grows.
