Be Wary of calls asking for money

If you receive an unexpected call from someone you know asking for money all of a sudden to help with an emergency situation (i.e. tow truck service or other "emergent" need), be cautious it may be a deepfake! Hackers are using deepfake audio/video to trick you into sending money or taking an action. Always call back the known number of the person calling you and validate they are in need of assistance. Consider creating a "safe word" or "personal password" with close relatives to use in times of need.
