AI Agents Are Changing How We Use the Internet
For years, we have interacted with technology through screens, search engines, apps, and email. We navigate systems ourselves.
I believe AI agents are already starting to change that.
Instead of searching, clicking, comparing, and responding ourselves, we will increasingly delegate those actions to autonomous systems acting on our behalf.
That shift has major implications.
Identity and access management becomes more complex. Trust changes. Accountability changes. Even the way organizations think about user behavior and security controls will evolve.
I also think this changes the role humans play. Less direct interaction with systems. More supervision, oversight, and decision making around autonomous activity.
The technology is advancing quickly, but the behavioral shift may ultimately be the bigger story.
