Leading Through Ambiguity Ambiguity makes a lot of leaders uncomfortable. I’ve found the opposite. I enjoy it. When information is incomplete and the path isn’t obvious, it creates space for creativity. It forces clearer thinking, sharper questions, and better collaboration. For me, it’s motivating. Leading through ambiguity isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about setting direction, making thoughtful decisions with what you know, and staying open as new information emerges. Clarity doesn’t always come first. Sometimes leadership is about moving forward before it does. Don’t fall victim to analysis paralysis! How do you approach ambiguity when the pressure is high?
