A 2026 CSO Hall of Fame inductee, he is one of the few CISOs to have held the role across three distinct industries: JPMorgan Chase in financial services, International Flavors & Fragrances in global manufacturing, and the NFL in sports and entertainment. In 2018 he established an independent advisory practice that has supported more than ten companies — early-stage cybersecurity startups, growth-stage operators, and Fortune 500 enterprises — on board-level cybersecurity, AI governance, enterprise risk, and security-program design. His advisory portfolio has included Cylera, Hidden Layer, Doppel, Abnormal Ai, Cyera, and SecureAuth, among others.
