We all have something we are addicted to.  Some people have bad addictions that can lead to them hurting themselves and/or others.   Well the point of this blog is not to state the obvious about addictions but to share my addiction.  I guess the first step towards recovery is to admit you have a problem.  So with that said, hi I’m Tomas and I’m addicted to watching a lot of MMA.  I’ve even gone as far as to research places that can help me learn more about this.  I think if I don’t need surgery on my arm then taking a few MMA lessons may be something cool to explore and hopefully I won’t end up hurting myself because this distraction has helped me out a bit.

Follow your heart, listen to your head and don’t have any regrets…

Ever wonder how you can be walking around or in a very crowded place and the person who in your mind, you were hoping to see, is found instantly?  How does that occur?  In spanish we would say, te traje con el pensamiento (I found you with my thoughts).  Not sure I have an answer to this question but think it’s pretty powerful.

Along the same lines as above, ever wonder how you can always tell when someone is looking at you?  This happens very often if you are driving and I guess you can say it’s your peripheral vision taking over.  However, in the example of the crowded place or crowds in general, how does that just happen? 

Well whatever the case, it’s always good to appreciate when this happens and take it as a sign from up above or just a weird coincidence…lol
